Who ships
Every item on this site is dispatched by the store holding the listing you clicked through to. Their warehouse picks it, their carrier moves it, and their account page is where the tracking number appears.
How long it takes
Delivery windows are shown on the listing at the moment you order and they change with the season. December moves slowly for the puzzles and quickly for everything else.
A folded scooter ships as an oversized parcel and occasionally travels a day behind the rest of a mixed order.
If a parcel goes missing
Raise it on the order page of the partner store first. They can see the carrier scan history, we cannot. If the answer there does not make sense, write to us and we will tell you what the box should have looked like.
Outside the United States
Our range sells through several storefronts around the world and the delivery terms differ in each one. The listing you are looking at always wins over anything written here.
